The beautiful lady in the middle is Dorothy Chapman. She is a firecracker and our only surviving grandparent. She is the mother of Richard's mom, DeAnn, also pictured. Grandma is a widow in her 90's who still lives alone, drives her red Pontiac Grand Am, goes to lunch with her girl friends, and is loved by her family very much. Grandma Dorothy is such an amazing woman and we are so happy that we could spend some time with her!
When we asked her where she wanted us to take her to lunch, she decided on Crown Burger. Or with the Ethington emphasis, "crown BURgers!" Then she said she wanted us to call Uncle Duane (DeAnn's brother) and get him to come too. So, we ended up with a party of 6 at an Ethington favorite! This is the group in front of the Crown Burger fireplace. Good Times!
